Pro License Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your PulseWidth Pro License purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you haven't successfully flashed your vehicle.
- Technical Issues: If PulseWidth doesn't support your specific ECU variant and we can't add support within a reasonable timeframe, you're eligible for a full refund.
- Duplicate Purchases: Accidental duplicate purchases will be refunded promptly.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:
- The license has been used to successfully flash a vehicle
- More than 30 days have passed since purchase
- The vehicle was damaged due to improper use or ignoring safety warnings
- The license was purchased for a vehicle not owned by the purchaser
How to Request a Refund

Please include your order number, the VIN associated with the license, and the reason for your refund request. We typically process refunds within 5-7 business days.
License Transfers
If you sell your vehicle, your Pro License can be transferred to the new owner. Contact support with proof of vehicle sale to initiate a license transfer. This is an alternative to requesting a refund if you no longer need the license.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through QuickBooks Payments. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
