Include your app version, phone model and a short description. Do not send passwords, authenticator codes, activation keys or full recovery files by email. We will arrange an authenticated transfer if files are needed.

For a deletion request, use the subject “Account deletion.” Access problems do not require creating a new account; we will help verify ownership.

For an interrupted ECU operation, follow the recovery instructions in the app. Do not treat an account action, uninstall or cache reset as a vehicle recovery procedure.
