Request deletion of your PulseWidth account and associated data from UBT Performance, LLC. You do not need to reinstall the app.
Before you decide
Deleting an account affects Android, Windows Classic and the website. Cloud PWT projects, logs, notes, vehicle associations and recovery files are included. Account deletion does not itself change the software already running in your ECU.
Finish any active vehicle operation before closing account access. You may request an export first, including a stock-recovery review. A downloaded account-protected PWT may still need account activation; do not assume it is a standalone recovery backup.
If you only want to stop using the app and keep cloud backups, keep your account and sign out. That is not account deletion.

What happens next
We record your request and target removal within 30 days, subject to necessary identity verification and specific legal exceptions. We will tell you if more action or time is needed. Backup copies are tracked separately; our operating target is expiry within 90 days. A deadline passing is not treated as proof that data was removed.
Only specifically justified billing, security or legal records may be retained. We will explain their categories, purpose and retention period. Customer-managed exports are not remotely erased. We will confirm completion after the removal work is verified.
